1) Option Nepal District Committee: Option Nepal will form the district committees in its work related districts. District committees will implement the activities of the organization. Likewise, in these districts, it will make coordination between village human rights protection groups, dalit rights protection groups, women rights protection groups and child rights protection groups.

2) Village human rights protection groups: Organization will form human rights protection groups in every VDCs of working districts. Within these groups, in wards unit groups will be formed. Ward units and groups will monitor the human rights violation and abuse. Groups will rescue the victims of human rights violation and will lead for the proper justice. Similarly, awareness rising regarding human rights and convey of information and reports to the concerned agencies will also be carried out.

3) Dalit rights protection groups: Within the every dalit community of working districts, dalit rights protection groups will be formed. This group will work for bringing awareness regarding dalit rights. Similarly, it will also protect social, economic, educational and cultural rights, and will lead to solve the problem coming so far.

4) Women rights protection groups: In the VDCs and the wards of these committees or toles, with the participation of women of dalit and deprived families rights protection groups will be formed. These groups are responsible for awareness rising regarding women rights as well as protection of women rights. Also, it will work for the socio-economic development of women.

5) Child rights protection groups: In the VDCs and the wards of these committees or toles through the participation of children, child rights protection groups will be formed. Groups will work for awareness building regarding child rights, protecting child rights; and for the physical and educational development of children suitable activities will be performed.
